UAMS IT Pediatrics

We support UAMS employees and their UAMS-issued equipment on the Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH) campus in Little Rock and in northwest Arkansas. We also support various Department of Pediatrics remote clinics around the state. UAMS IT Pediatrics:

• Receives and configures all UAMS-tagged, pediatric IT equipment for the campuses we support
• Provides access to managed servers, Sharepoint sites and a medical archive
• Provides workstation support on the equipment and campuses we support
• Performs annual inventory and security audits
• Picks up UAMS IT equipment for marketing and redistribution to other users
• Works with the ACH system team to ensure equipment for both institutions is connected, compatible and functional

NOTE: On ACH campuses, ACH IT Support provides workstation support.

• Submit a ServiceNow incident with a note to direct it to UAMS IT Pediatrics
• Call the IT Help Desk at 501-686-8555 or send an email to HelpDesk@uams.edu
• Submit a ServiceNow Report a Problem form.
