Enterprise Operations manages the core infrastructure that underpins UAMS’s computer systems, including physical and virtual servers, storage devices and backup systems.
Enterprise Operations
We keep computers and data operating, up to date and secure. For example, we:
- Manage local and Microsoft Cloud services that control access to most applications used on and off campus by clinicians, faculty, staff and students
- Ensure those systems are reliable, secure and performing well so they can support UAMS’s applications and data needs
- Upgrade clinical systems such as Epic, PACS, RLDatix and many others
- Replace aging hardware, servers, storage devices and more to ensure continuous patient care and services for our staff
