We support conferencing, presentation and display technologies across the UAMS campus.

Classroom Support

We support and enhance the audiovisual experience for faculty, staff and students. Our services cover Zoom and event support, audiovisual system design and training and helping users with Blackboard, an application used across classrooms.

For 24x7 remote support, call the IT Help Desk at (501) 686-8555. Our onsite support hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Event Support

With our audiovisual expertise, equipment and technology, we can help you plan and deliver special events. Contact us for help with webinars, live streaming, continuing education, guest speakers and any other events where you need audiovisual equipment.

System Design

We design and integrate audiovisual systems throughout the campus. We can upgrade classrooms with new technologies or special configurations or design and install upgrades to departmental spaces.

Zoom Support

We support classes and webinars conducted on Zoom and are the Zoom administrator for the Little Rock campus.
