We transform extracts from vendor applications, including Workday, and UAMS custom applications into graphs, charts, tables and other easy-to-use forms to help academic, clinical, enterprise and research users make critical decisions.

Our Request Forms in ServiceNow
Most requests for our services start with a call to the IT Help Desk or ServiceNow. They are available 24 x 7.
- Use the Epic Clarity or Power BI Report form to request new Power BI or database-sourced reports. You can also use it to request changes to existing Power BI reports.
- Request access to Power BI form for access to workspaces or reports in Power BI. You can also email your request to powerbiaccess@uams.edu.
- Request access to Slicer Dicer form to access the data analytics tool in Epic to create custom reports, look for trends, filter data and so forth.
- Email IT Help Desk to report issues with Power BI, such as not being able to sign in, error messages or functions that aren’t working correctly.
