Welcome the Children Project (WTC) provides training and technical assistance free to early childhood professionals.  Contact us to ask about onsite training and consultation with your staff.  We offer scheduling that works for you!  All WTC sessions are approved by AR Division of Child Care and Early Childhood Education (DCCECE) and TAPP, and support quality through AR Better Beginnings. WTC is funded by AR DHS DCCECE and administered by UAMS Partners for Inclusive Communities, 1-800-342-2923 (V/TDD)
