Loopback Adapter Patch from Microsoft
Caymas Systems uses loopback addresses for its Secure Tunnel technology.
With the release of Service Pack 2 for Windows XP, loopback addresses
stopped working. A patch from Microsoft is available that resolves the
issue. Applications that connect to IP addresses in the loopback address
range may not work as expected and you may receive an error message
indicating that you cannot establish a connection. Microsoft KB Article
KB884020 addresses this issue. This patch is necessary for the Caymas
Secure Tunnel (CST) to function properly. All client computers running
Windows XP-SP2 must install this patch. Please download and apply the
