Dr. Redman, Professor of Urology and Pediatrics, University of Arkansas College of Medicine, received his degree from the University of Arkansas College of Medicine.
Dr. Redman's residency in urology was also served at the University of Arkansas. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology with subspecialty certification in pediatric urology. He is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha and the Society of the Sigma Xi and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, The American Academy of Pediatrics and The Society of Pediatric Urology. His honors include
the Distinguished Faculty award conferred by the alumni association of the University of Arkansas College of Medicine, Presidency of the Southern Medical Association and Presidency of the South Central Section of the American Urologic Association. He has authored over 285 scholarly publications and is nationally recognized as an authority on the applied anatomy of the genitourinary tract.
His wife Anna is a Family Medicine physician in private practice. Dr. Redman has two adult children and three grandchildren. He is an amateur naturalist with an interest in macro photography. As a devout Christian, he has been intensely involved in foreign mission work on all continents, most recently in the Andes in Peru.
