These audio segments explore the process of converting research into jobs.

UAMS Arkansas BioVentures is the place where ideas turn into commerce. It's a business accelerator at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS), converting UAMS research into jobs for Arkansans.

The program has supported development of 16 technology-based companies in health care and related fields. With ground broken for a new facility to house the program and emerging companies, Here's to Your Health explores the BioVentures mission.

These reports examine research developments at UAMS that led to formation of four companies: SafeFoods, IntraTherm, Type IV Technologies, and COGS, and the business outlook of each.

This program contains five segments of two minutes each. The files are in MP3 format and can be heard on any computer with speakers. Click below to listen to each segment of this program.
