THE HEROES AMONG US
The Arkansas Cancer Research Center is proud to support Lance Armstrong in his quest for an unprecedented seventh Tour de France victory. Regardless of the outcome of this year's race, Lance has already won the respect and admiration of millions of cancer survivors around the world who see him as more than a championship athlete, they see him as one of them. The ACRC is looking for stories of heroes, people who have taken on cancer and beaten it. If you or someone you know has a story about their encounters with cancer and would like to share it with others, please send it to us (see flip side). Some of those stories will be published. Write today. Just because you've never worn a yellow jersey doesn't mean you aren't a hero.
