Tim O’Brien, Ph.D., director of Arkansas Bioventures, discusses research on plant genetics, anti-bacterial food preparation, and infrared-aided surgery – research that may help establish new Arkansas companies that serve global clienteles. The business incubator program now boasts 70 patents issued or allowed.
