For nine days, shoppers who purchase the $50 cards will receive a 20 percent discount at dozens of their favorite stores. All proceeds from the sale of the Partners Cards will go to the ACRC Auxiliary to fund projects that benefit ACRC patients. The auxiliary provides information, services, compassion and hope to those touched by cancer. “The ACRC Auxiliary Partners Card is great for shoppers and for retailers,” said Kenan Keyes, Partners Card chairman. “Shoppers who have purchased a card receive a 20 percent discount on a variety of items such as furniture, gifts, clothes, etc. Plus, they are supporting a great cause by helping patients receiving treatment at the Arkansas Cancer Research Center. In addition, retailers get people into their stores for early holiday shopping.” Shoppers will be able to save on everything from the latest fashions for the whole family, to antiques, home furnishings, fresh flowers, gift items, jewelry, outdoor gear, children’s toys and lots more.
