OCT. 30, 2003 | Aaron Neville serenaded supporters of the Arkansas Cancer Research Center (ACRC) at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) at the center’s annual gala Oct. 22.

Neville and the Alex Donner Orchestra of New York entertained more than 600 guests at a formal dinner and dance. Donna Cone of Little Rock chaired the gala committee, which included Todd Bagwell, Patti Bailey, Druann Baskin, Betsy Blass, Chucki Bradbury, Pat Carlton, Gene Joyce, Carolyn McCrary, Lisenne Rockefeller, and Mary Lynn Van Wyck.


Little Rock television personality Craig O’Neill auctioned a painting by Gay Bechtelheimer, a necklace by Pamela Johananoff of Paris, and a golf foursome with General Wesley Clark.


The event in the ballroom of the Little Rock Peabody had numerous sponsors:
