What is BACA?

In 2003, a group of people interested in completing the River Trail and expanding opportunities for bicyclists and other users of recreational trails in Central Arkansas organized BACA. BACA is open to everyone interested in trail development, advocating for the rights of bicyclists and other trail users, and promoting bicycling and other alternative means of transportation.
