Photo Album: Topping Out the Stephens Institute

FEB. 21, 2002 | The largest gift in the University’s history, the presence of the 42nd President of the United States, and high winds that rocked the two massive tents made the Topping Out Ceremony for the Jackson T. Stephens Spine and Neurosciences Institute at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) on Feb. 19 a dramatic and memorable occasion. (See complete coverage here.)

Photographers JohnPaul Jones and Amy Theriac documented the event for readers of UAMS Today.
