Chancellor I. Dodd Wilson, M.D., this week delivered his first State
of the Campus Address since becoming chancellor last year. Here are
exerpts of Dr. Wilson's speech to employees in Pauly Auditorium.

11, and stresses the importance of avoiding ethnic stereotyping on a diverse campus:
