Teaching with Technology Symposium

Please join us in Little Rock, Arkansas, July 19 - 20, 2007, for the 2nd Annual Teaching with Technology Symposium to be held at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). The symposium is geared towards educators from all over Arkansas that are interested in using technology to enhance their teaching and interaction with students. This symposium presents and excellent education and training opportunity.

General Information

Locations for the Teaching with Technology Symposium
- Thursday's sessions will be held in the Faye Boozemen College of Public Health Building. Convienent parking is available in the Hospital Parking Deck.
- Friday's session will be held on the 12th floor of the Jackson T. Stephens Spine and Neurosciences Institute on the campus of UAMS. Convenient parking is available in the Outpatient Parking Deck.
Registration Fees
- Thursday ONLY: Faculty and Staff - $45, Student: $30
- Friday ONLY: Faculty and Staff - $45.00, Student: $30
- BOTH Thursday and Friday: Faculty and Staff - $75.00, Student - $50
Online registration closes at midnight July 15, 2007. After registration closes, anyone that wishes to attend is more than welcome to register at the door, but you might not get lunch or handouts.
The day will begin at 8am and end at 3:30pm with lunch provided.

UAMS Campus Maps, Driving, and Parking

Free parking is available at War Memorial Stadium. A UAMS Shuttle Bus runs frequently and will drop you off near the Jackson T. Stephens Spine and Neurosciences Institute. You are also welcome to park in the Outpatient parking deck across the street from the Jackson T. Stephens Spine and Neurosciences Institute, but there is a $5.00 a day parking fee.
