The Teaching with Technology Committee was created to help facilitate the use of technology in education at UAMS. The Teaching Resource Center, located and supported by the UAMS Library, allows for instructors to use new technologies to develop course material with the guidance of knowledgable Library staff. Since 2005, the committee has expanded our mission to include educators from around the state in our annual Teaching with Technology Symposium.
Keep up with the latest technology news and see what we are doing:
This year's Symposium was held Thursday, July 19 and Friday, July 20, 2012. As in years past, Thursday will consist of informative large group sessions, an excellent keynote speaker, and great break-out sessions. Friday will be devoted to more in-depth workshops on different educational technologies. See the 2011 TWT Symposium website to see what we did last year.
