Welcome to the UAMS Telecommunications Website. The Telecommunications Department is part of the family of Technology Services and Support in the Campus Operations Division of UAMS. We have the opportunity to serve many of your communications needs including the following: landline service, cell phone service, paging, voice messaging, automated phone trees, conference calling services, installation of new phone/data jacks, and the emergency notification system. Telecommunications takes pride in being a customer service oriented organization, and this web site is part of our effort to meet the needs of you, our customer. On our website you will find the necessary forms to request most of your communication needs. You will also find information on how to use your landline desk sets (manuals) and how to set up your voice mail.

While it is infrequent, when we do have an interruption of service you will find a link on this site with current information about what is going on and an initial estimates of when service should be restored.
