Welcome Supply Chain Business Operations (SCBO) is comprised of the Procurement Services, Value Analysis and Administrative/Professional Contracting departments. Together, we form the business operations side of the UAMS Supply Chain. Supply Chain Business Operations is under the direction of Jim Counts, Senior Director for Supply Chain Business Operations. Our goal is to align and leverage the expertise of each of these departments to provide best in class services that are innovative and strategically focused at allowing UAMS to accomplish its mission and goals in a responsive and cost effective manner. We acknowledge and accept the challenges before us, and pledge to perform our duties to the utmost of our abilities with integrity, diligence and respect. We will engage our internal and external customers and each other, with the spirit of teamwork and creative collaboration in the pursuit of operational excellence.
