Student Housing

UAMS is pleased to announce that a new Residence Hall has replaced the Jeff Banks Student Union and Dormitory.  The new facility is designed to accommodate both single and married students.  Studios and apartments are available to singles or married couples.  Duplex dorm rooms are available to single same sex occupants.  The Residence Hall cannot accept children or pets due to facility limitations.

The new facility is a unique hybrid of a University-style dormitory and apartment dwelling.  Because UAMS is a state sponsored institution, many state government laws apply to the residence hall that would not apply to a private apartment building (such as the no smoking rule).
