Guest Application Procedures

1. Print and complete a guest application.
2. Mail or fax application to the housing office. 
3. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Check-in Procedures:

Students and guests should check-in at the Residence Hall Administration Building, located at 4601 W. Markham.

Payment Methods:

• Make checks payable to: UAMS Housing
  
  
  
• If paying by credit card, applications can be faxed to: (501) 686-7468.
  (Credit card information must be included: cc type, name on card, cc #, and expiration date)
  
  
• All other applications should be mailed to:
