Guest Application Procedures

1. Print and complete a guest application.
2. Mail or fax application to the housing office. 
3. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Check-in Procedures:

Students and guests should check-in at the Residence Hall Administration Building, located at 4601 W. Markham.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Short Term Guests (Less than 30 days stay) – We will gladly cancel your reservation if you notify us by noon local time the day before your scheduled arrival.  If you do not cancel your reservation within the cancellation window or fail to arrive at the Residence Hall, your credit card will be charged for one night’s stay.

Long Term Guest (30 days or longer) – A notice of 5 business days is required for cancellations and arrival date changes.  $35 application fee is non refundable.
