Whether you’re a long-term resident or a visitor here for a few nights, you can enjoy your stay in comfort at the UAMS Residence Hall.

Free yourself from the confines of the typical hotel room, and instead relax in one of our special Executive Suites.

Layout

Executive suites are available to all UAMS affiliates for both long-term and short-term stays. Nightly and monthly
rates are available. These one-bedroom apartments are packed with special amenities: Living Area: sofa, recliner, side table with lamp, TV, study desk with chair, telephone. Kitchen: dining table and chairs, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal coffee maker, dishes and utensils.

Bedroom: full-size bed, dresser with mirror, nightstand with lamp, alarm clock. Bath: toilet, sink, bath/shower combination, stackable washer/dryer.

In addition, several other amenities are available to all executive suite occupants, including housekeeping and linen service, complementary VIP parking, internet/wireless access, basic cable TV, local phone service, and security access. Guest computers are available in the lobby of the residence hall administration building.

Completed in 2006, the UAMS Residence Hall is a unique hybrid of university style dormitory and apartment dwelling. The facility is conveniently located on campus at 4601 West Markham Street. The Residence Hall offers a mix of duplex dorm rooms, studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, and executive suites.

Please note: UAMS is a smoke free campus. The Residence Hall is unable to accept children due to facility limitations.
