Student Application Procedures

  1. Print and complete student application.
  2. Fax or mail application to the Housing Office.
  3. Student applications must be accompanied by a $35 non-refundable application fee plus damage deposit ($100 for dorm room and $200 for studio or apartment).

  4. Incomplete applications or applications without fee/deposit will not be considered.

Check In Times

Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Closed on holidays. 

Payment Methods:

  • Make checks payable to: UAMS Housing

  • If paying by credit card, applications can be faxed to: (501) 686-7468.
    (Credit card information must be included: cc type, name on card, cc #, and expiration date)

    If you find that you are in need of financial assistance, please direct your inquiry to the school in which you plan to enroll. Colleges include Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Health Related Professions, Public Health, and Graduate School.
