You can access that information online in the meantime, by clicking on the links above. The effective date for the 05-06 policy is 2 Jul for Jr/Sr Medical and Sr Pharmacy students, and 11 Aug for all other students. Please make sure that you pay close attention to the enrollment form when filling this out. University of Arkansas Board of Trustees’ policy (Policy 1260.1) requires that all full time students attending UAMS must be covered by health insurance. You must enroll in this policy or complete a waiver form at your college's registration. If you have questions regarding this, please direct these questions to the housing office or your college dean. You can reach customer service at 800-767-0700 if you have specific benefit questions. Students when calling customer service please be sure to press 1 for college then 3 for enrollment and benefit questions. If you press 2 for claims the system will ask for an ID number. You will not have an ID number if you have not enrolled. Your pharmacy network provider, Advance PCS, is now part of Caremark. Please follow the link provided below for participating pharmacies.
