General Requirements

• Arkansas resident
• Accepted for admissions at an approved institution of higher education
• Have not earned a baccalaureate degree
• Completed the FAFSA application
• Not owe a refund on a federal or state financial aid grant for higher education
• Not in default on a federal or state student loan
• Not borrowed in excess of annual or aggregate student loan limits
• Not incarcerated at the time of application or while receiving awards
• Complied with the US Selective Service Requirement
• Certified drug free
