Holly Hiryak, Director of Hospital Admissions
Holly is from Helena, AR, and has lived in
Little Rock since 1975. Holly became an RN in 1975, and has
her Masters in Nursing Science from UAMS College of Nursing.
She has been at UAMS since 1991, and in the healthcare field
for 27 years. She is CHAM certified (Certified Healthcare
Access Manager). Her hobbies include gardening, reading, and
an occasional camping trip!

Jones, RIST Manager
Holly was born and raised in Murfreesboro,
AR. She graduated from Henderson State University in May
1999 with her Bachelor of Science in Education. She began
working for the Revenue Integrity Specialist Team in October
2001. Before coming to UAMS, she was a public school
teacher. Holly is CHAA and CHAM certified. Her interests include
reading, sports, and being outdoors with her dogs.

Burton
LaKesha
was born and raised in North Little Rock, AR. She graduated
from the University of Central Arkansas in December 2002
with her Bachelor of Science in Health Administration.
She has been with UAMS since 2003, and joined the Revenue
Integrity Team in November 2004. LaKesha is CHAA and CHAM
certified. Her interests include home décor
and decorating, spending time with family and friends,
reading, and music.

Guydon
Veronica was
born and raised in Stuttgart, AR and has lived in Little
Rock since 1988. She graduated from University of Arkansas
at Little Rock with a Bachelors in Business Administration
in 1993. Veronica has 9 years of service at UAMS, and joined
the Revenue Integrity Team in February 2008. Veronica is
CHAA certified. Her interests
include reading, roads trips and anything to do with animals.

Gray
Salonica (“Nikki”) was
born and raised in Little Rock, AR. She graduated from
Vanderbilt University with a BA in English, and has worked
at UAMS since October 2001. During her career at UAMS, she
has worked in Hospital Admissions as a registrar, RIST
member and assistant manager. She is CHAA and CHAM
certified, and is active in ARKHAM (the state affiliate for
the National Association of Healthcare Access Management, or
NAHAM) as the secretary and treasurer. Her interests include
reading and writing.

Jones-Williams
Kristy is originally from El Dorado, AR and has lived in
Little Rock since 1990. She graduated from the
University of Central Arkansas in 1993 with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Biology. Kristy has been at UAMS
since February 2003 and joined the Revenue Team in July
2004. She is CHAA and CHAM certified. She enjoys sports,
spending time with her family and serving in her church.

Jessie Clauson
Jessie is originally from Pine Bluff,
AR and has lived in Conway since 2002. She graduated
from the University of Central Arkansas in December of 2005
with her Bachelor of Science in Health Administration.
Jessie began working for UAMS in January 2006 as a Patient
Rep and joined the Revenue Team in September 2007.
Jessie is CHAA certified. She
enjoys reading, canoeing, sports, and watching reality TV.
