Holly Hiryak, Director of Hospital Admissions
Holly is from Helena, AR, and has lived in
Little Rock since 1975. Holly became an RN in 1975, and has
her Masters in Nursing Science from UAMS College of Nursing.
She has been at UAMS since 1991, and in the healthcare field
for 27 years. She is CHAM certified (Certified Healthcare
Access Manager). Her hobbies include gardening, reading, and
an occasional camping trip!

Jones, RIST Manager
Holly was born and raised in Murfreesboro,
AR. She graduated from Henderson State University in May
1999 with her Bachelor of Science in Education. She
graduated from UAMS College of Public Health with her
Masters in Public Health in August 2008. She began
working for the Revenue Integrity Specialist Team in October
2001. Before coming to UAMS, she was a public school
teacher. Holly is CHAM certified. Her interests include
reading, sports, and being outdoors with her dogs.

Burton
LaKesha
was born and raised in North Little Rock, AR. She graduated
from the University of Central Arkansas in December 2002
with her Bachelor of Science in Health Administration.
She has been with UAMS since 2003, and joined the Revenue
Integrity Team in November 2004. LaKesha is CHAA and CHAM
certified. Her interests include home décor
and decorating, spending time with family and friends,
reading, and music.

Chris
was born in Houston, TX, but spent most of his life in
Arkansas and graduated High School in Perryville. Chris
then went to the University of Central Arkansas where he
earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and CIS in 2002.
Chris lives in Conway with his wife and three dogs and has
since 1996. Before coming to UAMS in December 2008, Chris
worked as a Team Leader at Nuvell for 6 years. Chris
enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with
family and friends.

Guydon
Veronica was
born and raised in Stuttgart, AR and has lived in Little
Rock since 1988. She graduated from University of Arkansas
at Little Rock with a Bachelors in Business Administration
in 1993. Veronica has 9 years of service at UAMS, and joined
the Revenue Integrity Team in February 2008. Veronica is
CHAA certified. Her interests
include reading, roads trips and anything to do with animals.

Smith
Greg was born in
Abbeville , LA., he graduated from University of Arkansas at
Little Rock with a Bachelors degree in Social Work. Greg has
been with UAMS since 2002 and joined the Revenue Integrity
Team in December 2008. Before coming to UAMS Greg worked as
a counselor for a juvenile offender program housed at Camp
Robinson in NLR, AR. He is a board certified social worker
and enjoys outdoor sports, power lifting and Cajun cuisine.

Stacey
Topeka was born and
raised and raised in Little Rock, AR. She graduated from
Philander Smith College in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science. Before coming to UAMS, she worked for
Alltel as Help Desk Support. She enjoys traveling, shopping
and spending time with family and friends.
