The Revenue Integrity Specialist Team (RIST) provides support and educational services in a collaborative environment to assure a seamless revenue cycle for healthcare recipients and providers.

PHS--Recover Worklist Have you ever been kicked out of PHS, or have you improperly shut down the computer and lost all the patients in your Work List?  Did you have to go back into PHS and re-do everything? What happened to all the information, did it just disappear?  Why work so hard when there is an easy way to retrieve all that information? You can retrieve the appointment(s) by going to a function called Recover Work List. Open the Appointment Book Click on Edit Click on Recover Work List  NOTE: After doing this, the appointment(s), will appear in the Scheduling Package and/or Work List where you can then schedule, cancel, or inbox the appointment.  Please recover your Work List now to see if you have any old information hanging around!   All of these appointments need to be canceled or inboxed.  If you have any questions please contact the RIST team.  Thanks!

September 2009 S.T.A.R. Melissa Hurley Melissa was nominated for the September ‘09 STAR award by Shannon Coleman, ABC Access Team Supervisor. Shannon said that “Melissa is the type of employee that is always looking ahead to take care of our patients and our clinic. Melissa’s great team spirit makes being her supervisor an easy task and she is always willing to assist others with their work if necessary.” Penny Casebolt, Cardiology Clinic Manager, adds that “Melissa has assisted in developing patient instruction materials and has also cross trained in all areas and frequently helps others.
