The Revenue Integrity Specialist Team (RIST) provides support and educational services in a collaborative environment to assure a seamless revenue cycle for healthcare recipients and providers.

PHS--Recover Worklist Have you ever been kicked out of PHS, or have you improperly shut down the computer and lost all the patients in your Work List?  Did you have to go back into PHS and re-do everything? What happened to all the information, did it just disappear?  Why work so hard when there is an easy way to retrieve all that information? You can retrieve the appointment(s) by going to a function called Recover Work List. Open the Appointment Book Click on Edit Click on Recover Work List  NOTE: After doing this, the appointment(s), will appear in the Scheduling Package and/or Work List where you can then schedule, cancel, or inbox the appointment.  Please recover your Work List now to see if you have any old information hanging around!   All of these appointments need to be canceled or inboxed.  If you have any questions please contact the RIST team.  Thanks!

June 2009 S.T.A.R. Debbie Bandy Debbie was nominated for the June ‘09 STAR by Suzanne Lambert, RN in HONC Clinic. Suzanne says that “Debbie has a smile on her face and a kind word for every person that walks into our clinic. Even when both of her sons were serving our country in Iraq, Debbie was always dedicated to her patients and her fellow staff members. She is always willing to go the extra mile when assisting nurses or doctors in coordinating care for our patients. She creates a loving, happy work environment for all of our clinic staff on a daily basis. Debbie is a shining example of what a Point of Service Coordinator at UAMS should be.” Brenda Barker, HONC Clinic Manager, adds— Even when Debbie was having knee problems she made sure not to leave the rest of her co-workers in a bind and she worked her Physical Therapy schedule around clinic time to help out even though she could have taken the whole time off.
