Message from the Director

Director’s Message:

Thank you for visiting the University Rehab Webpage. I hope the information provides answers to questions you may have or provides you insight into our programs.

We are located on the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences campus at the Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas. Our programs include inpatient and outpatient programs provided by Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists.

An overview of the clinical areas is as follows:

Inpatient Acute Rehab is provided in the following clinics:
• Physical Therapy Clinic, 1st floor of Medical Center: (501) 686-6120
• Occupational Therapy Clinic, Ground floor of Medical Center: (501) 686-6121
• Speech Language Pathology Clinic, 4th floor of Medical Center: (501) 686-8378

Outpatient Therapy is provided in the following clinics:
• Stephen’s Spine and Neuroscience Institute: PT and OT (501) 661-7955 and Speech (501) 686-8378
• Reynolds Center on Aging (PT, OT, and Speech): (501) 526-5770
• Hand Therapy Clinic in Outpatient Clinics (OPC): (501) 686-6102

Fitness Programs are provided in the following clinical areas:
• Reynolds Center on Aging: Senior fitness and weight programs
• Stephens Spine and Neuroscience Institute: Aquatic fitness and exercise programs
These programs have the same phone numbers as the clinics above.

All our therapy programs require a physician’s order or referral to the clinic(s). Please note on each clinical page you may click on Referral and download the specific referrals.

The fitness programs do not require physician’s orders/referrals and are open to the public. There are age minimums in the fitness program at the Reynolds Center on Aging.
