Colorectal cancer is the third-leading cause of cancer death in both men and women. In 2004, there were 1,630 diagnosed colorectal cancer cases in Arkansas. More than 600 Arkansans will die from the disease this year. The good news is that colorectal cancer is a highly preventable disease.
