Neuro MRI The patient is a 61 yo WM who presented with a 5day h/o gross hematuria. He was admitted to observation and a CT of the abdomen and pelvis were obtained. A large left renal mass was found, as well as periaortic nodes and renal vein involvement.

A left nephrectomy and caval thrombectomy were performed. Postoperatively, the patient developed a dysrhythmia and experienced cardiac arrest. He was intubated and stabilized in the ICU. MRI of the brain was obtained at this point.
