The Internal Newsletter for the Psychiatric Research Institute
syn·apse - (1) noun. [Greek sunapsis, point of contact, from sunaptein, to join together  : sun-, syn- + haptein, to fasten.] The junction across which a nerve impulse passes from an axon terminal to a neuron, muscle cell, or gland cell.
(2) An internal newsletter for the PRI, focused on providing a point of contact for the many intricate and disparate programs and facilities, and to join them together electronically to share knowledge.
