Statement of Eligibility for Master’s Level Licensure in Arkansas

By my signature below, I confirm that I have read the information provided to me by the UAMS Clinical Psychology Internship regarding licensure at the masters level in psychology in Arkansas and that I have reviewed relevant information from the Arkansas Psychology Board website regarding licensure eligibility requirements.  I confirm that effective of the date of application for an internship with UAMS’ Internship program (or no later than one week prior to rankings due date for internships if cleared by the UAMS Training Director), I will be eligible for licensure as a Psychological Examiner in Arkansas, which requires the equivalent of two years of full-time graduate study in Psychology including a Master’s Degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.  I confirm that I now have or will have received no later than the above deadline, a Master’s degree in psychology.
