Child Study Center
The UAMS Psychiatry Child Study Center (CSC) provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and treatment for children and adolescents referred for behavior, emotional, learning and adjustment difficulties. The mission is to provide quality innovative behavioral healthcare to those we serve in a therapeutic environment. CSC staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists and psychological examiners, social workers, licensed professional counselors, a psychiatric nurse, educational specialists, and mental health para-professionals. The Child Study Center is also an education and training site. Because of this, our professional staff includes psychiatric residents and interns in psychology and social work.
