Officer contacted a person that seemed to be confused and clamed to be a patient . after contacting medical staff they advised  that the person should be directed to the ER. The person was sent to the ER.

7/23/2008 200800572 CDI construction Trailer Information Closed VA Police reported suspicious persons in the CDI constriction area on 7th street. Officer located two (reportedly) CDI construction personnel attempting to remove a gate so they could get their vehicle out of the lot. CDI contacted and they cleared the subjects. 
7/24/2008 200800573 Hospital Arrest Made Closed Officer contacted a suspicious person at the A-level entry to the hospital. The suspect was charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, obstructing governmental operations, and public intoxication. A warrant was also served.

7/25/2008 200800581 Hospital Suspicious Person Closed Employee reported a suspicious person on the 5th floor of the hospital. The subject was located and hospital staff escorted the subject to ER for psychological evaluation.
