7/13/04 20040736 Hospital Disturbance Closed Officers responded to disturbance on 3rd floor.  Upon arrival, one subject was found to be mentally retarded and had become upset, and family members were attempting to calm subject.  No further.

7/14/04 20040740 S&R Dock Traffic Offense Closed Employees reported vehicle blocking driveway.  Upon arrival subject in vehicle was found to have numerous warrants, however no department would extradite.  Subject issued citation for driving on suspended license.
