8/17/03 20030605 Ward Tower Parking Lot Disturbance Closed Visitor reported being struck by subject who she did not know.  Subject apprehended and was found to be psych patient.  Victim declined to prosecute.
8/18/03 20030606 Ward Tower Waiting Area Information Closed Officers responded to suspicious subject.  Subject was disoriented patient, and was returned to room.
