Pediatric Genetics specializes in diagnosing and treating genetic birth
defects, hereditary problems, and rare metabolic disorders. This
Pediatrics section is the only source in North America with the ability to
assay for Trimethylamine, the metabolic state referred to as Fish Odor
Syndrome.
Physicians, board certified in Pediatrics, Clinical Genetics, and
Clinical Biochemical Genetics, and their team of genetic counselor and nurse
specialist, treat patients from Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, and
Texas. Physicians; social workers; and physical, speech, and
occupational therapists throughout Arkansas rely on Genetics as a source for
diagnoses and continuing medical education.
