Scholarly activity:
Scholarly activities are experiences or products of inquiry and learning and application of current knowledge to practice. Examples include:
residents participation for and participation in clinical discussions, rounds and conferences
participation in journal clubs and research conferences
participation in regional or national professional and scientific societies and presentations at such
publications
participation in research, particularly in projects that are funded following peer review and/or result in publications or presentations at scientific meetings
case reports
review of assigned clinical and research topics
participation in courses of design/interpretation of research studies
providing teaching sessions to students, junior residents, faculty and the public
preparation for community service projects
developing curricula or evaluations for general competencies or other educational requirements of the program
preparing and presenting board review sessions or courses
