24 hour non-reserved parking in Lot 1B is available for $45.00 per month, or $540.00 per year

Employee and Student Parking

This table lists annual parking fees for the various parking areas available to employees and student on the UAMS campus. Both employees and students may park for free at War Memorial Stadium and ride the shuttle bus to the hospital area.

Employees or students who are ineligible for payroll deduction must pay for a minimum of six months in advance when they receive a parking assignment.

Lot 1
(Located between North Deck and Markham St.)

The Gate opens at 4:30 PM for entry and unlatches at 10:30 PM. This means no one can enter the lot after 10:30 PM but vehicles in the lot will be able to exit. Vehicles without a 24 hour access decal should exit the lot by 7:15 AM to avoid receiving a citation.

Visitor Areas

Employees and Students are allowed to park in visitor areas of the decks from 4:30 PM to 7:15 AM Monday through Friday and all day on weekends or holidays without receiving a parking citation.
Please Note: Students and employees will be charged the normal visitor deck rate when exiting through the cashier booths.
