Parking Request
Did You Know?
Deck evening and weekend parking permits are available for Parking 2
(North Parking Deck). This gives access to the employee area of deck after 1:30 p.m.
weekdays and 24 hours weekends and holidays. There is no waiting list!!
There are limited
spaces for temporary parking in the
patient/visitor area of Parking 2 (A-level
of North deck) available to both Employees
and Summer Interns. Additional information
can be found
here.
The spaces will be
available for June and July 2009 only.
The cost is $45.00 per month. If you
are interested please come to the UAMS
Parking Operations Department on the 2nd
floor of the Distribution Center between
7:30 – 4:00 to register. Please assure
that you know the license plate number on
your car.
You can

below to submit your parking request.
Almost the instant you hit the submit button, you request is being logged with the Parking
Operations department here at UAMS. This form will reduce some of the time spent dealing
with the paperwork trail.
An online list is available of the parking areas and annual parking fees.
