There are several methods to apply for assigned parking.
The first and probably the easiest is our on-line
application. If you are not comfortable with that you may
choose to print the application and fax it to us. If
at any time you need more information, or there is a form
you need that we don't have here, let us know so we can
accommodate. Please be patient as we will be adding forms
regularly. Taking care of your parking needs is as easy as
1, 2, 3.

SUBMIT THE FORM TO US
If you are filling out the form online, just fill in the
appropriate blanks and hit the "Submit" button. If
you are downloading and filling in the form, you can Fax it
back to us at 686-8598, mail it back to us at Mail Slot 582,
or bring it to us at the UAMS Parking Department, located in
Room 204 of the Distribution Center.

WAIT FOR A RESPONSE!
Response times will vary depending on the workload of the
Parking Department. We will be in touch with you as soon as
we have an answer regarding your request. While you wait, we
encourage you to review the campus policies listed below or
provide us with feedback so we may be of better assistance
