New Parking Areas Opened for UAMS Students, Employees - click
New Lots on South side of campus have become available adding 121 spaces. To best utilize the parking areas we will be shifting a portion of the student parking to the new lots on Cottage Drive.

Lot #5 at War Memorial stadium will be CLOSED Friday, Oct 23rd - click
The East parking lot #5 at War Memorial Stadium will be closed Friday October 23 due to motor stunt races.

The Current Student parking lot will close and move October 10, 2009
The Current Student parking lot, Lot #10, will close and move October 10, 2009. The new Lot #10 will be located across from the VA hospital just East of the current location. The shuttle bus stop will move and allow the UAMS shuttle to stop in front of the entrance of the new lot. The new lot can be seen on the parking map, located here.

Employees and Students should not park on side streets off campus
Employees and students should park only in designated areas served by the UAMS Shuttle, including War Memorial Stadium. The main shuttle operates from 4:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday. An express shuttle operates from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. You can view maps of the parking areas and shuttle stops here.

Plans are underway to renovate the old ER drive, adding more employee parking.

Plans to repair and renovate Parking 2, A-level (Top Level of North Deck).

Parking 1 - South Parking Deck
The series of photos above shows the completed South Parking Deck which opened January, 2009.
This expansion added another 1000 parking spots to the campus community. If you would like to apply for a spot on the East Deck, North Deck, or any of our other lots, please look under the Applications & Forms section.

Welcome to the Parking Operations Website at the UAMS Medical Center. We are dedicated in providing daily parking operation services to our patients, visitors, employees and departments. In addition to daily parking operations, parking oversees enforcement, parking facility maintenance, and management of the UAMS shuttle service.

Deck evening and weekend parking permits are available for Parking 2 (North Parking Deck). This gives access to the employee area of deck after 1:30 p.m. weekdays and 24 hours weekends and holidays. There is no waiting list!! Apply now!
