The Animal Use Protocol forms are available for download below.
Once the Investigator has completed their Certification Training Course the UAMS IACUC Investigators Handbook will be given to them. This handbook outlines the rules and regulations of the IACUC. Certification is required for all who participate in an approved study and must be obtained prior to the start of the project. Certification questions and enrollment for the Certification class maybe done by calling (501) 686-5255.
