The Office of Human Resources' mission is to support the mission of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences by managing programs to attract and retain qualified faculty and staff, and to cultivate a management climate which fosters the personal and professional growth of all its employees. We support this mission by providing advisory and consultative services to support divisions and departments, and by ensuring that management risks to UAMS are minimized.
