Welcome!

Thank you for visiting the Office of Human Resources New Employee Orientation Training Page.

Please note: it is the University's policy that all new hires attend a New Employee Orientation Session.  All employees, regardless if they are benefits-eligible or not, must participate and receive the required training.   This can be accomplished by either a) personal attendance or b) online session for those not eligible for benefits or not located on our main campus.  Click here for the schedule of New Employee Orientation Sessions held on campus.   You’ll find other important onboarding information here as well.

Online orientation is only for employees who are not eligible for benefits or located outside of the main UAMS campus.  Benefits eligible employees should attend regular orientation on campus or within their department. Benefit enrollment is not included in the modules below.
Benefit enrollment forms must be completed and submitted to the Office of Human Resources.

The following applies ONLY to employees who will NOT be attending the New Employee Orientation program held on campus, because:

1)   They are not eligible for benefits and will be receiving orientation within their department.    This includes student employees, temporary employees, contract employees, and employees working less than 20 hours a week (SAP Planned Working Time is less than 50%).

 Or

2)    They are located outside the Little Rock area, such as Area Health Education Centers (AHEC’s) and Kids First.

Most modules require a SAP ID#, Last Name and or Domain Login and Password to complete.  If you do not have the SAP ID, click here to lookup your SAP ID#.  To obtain the domain login and password contact IT Security.
