Her previous experience includes Instructor and Learning Lab Coordinator at UALR and Associate Developer and Training and Development Specialist for the Acxiom Corporation. Her primary areas of interest are leadership development, motivation and recognition, creating effective team cultures and facilitating communication assessments. DeAnna has been with UAMS since August 2004. She has a Master's degree in Adult Education and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Her previous experience includes Senior Human Resource Consultant for UAMS; Recruiting Consultant, Benefits Representative and Communications Specialist for FamilyLife. Her primary areas of interest are employee development, instructional design, and adult education. DeAnna is a certified Birkman consultant.

I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful, professional and thorough training you made available. The training was entitled “Supervisor’s Resource Guide”. The information was presented and discussed in a very positive and comfortable manner. Input and questions were welcomed by the speakers, and the questions were answered throughout the presentation.
