Michelle has been with UAMS’ Organizational Development department since September 2008. She conducts trainings in leadership development, team building, organizational change, effective communication, generational diversity, conflict transformation, and emotional and social intelligence, among others. She has a Master's degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Her previous experience includes Corporate Community Relations Manager for AutoZone, Inc.; Speech Communication and Business Communication instructor for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) and Pulaski Technical College; and as a consultant in leadership and organization development. In addition, Michelle is a certified mediator through the Arkansas Circuit Court’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission and a certified Birkman consultant. I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful, professional and thorough training you made available. The training was entitled “Supervisor’s Resource Guide”. The information was presented and discussed in a very positive and comfortable manner. Input and questions were welcomed by the speakers, and the questions were answered throughout the presentation. I use the printed information and/or forms all the time. I look forward to other training opportunities.
