Human Resources SAP Communication Recent communications
The ERP department has increased the time available to execute a report as well as the time you can be inactive in the SAP system before being logged out.
We were able to make these changes because of a recent update to a 64-bit processing system. We hope the increased times enhance your SAP experience.

August 30, 2005 Vacation Loss Report Fall is the time to think about employees who might have too much accrued vacation at the end of the year. UAMS Policy and state law require that all vacation balances be reduced to 30 days (240 hours) following the last pay periods in December. See Administrative Guide Policy 4.6.04, Annual Leave: http://uams.edu/AdminGuide/WIN04604.html
The report “ZHRVACLOSS - Report for Vacation Loss” will help timekeepers and business officers in identifying those employees in your department(s) who could loose vacation hours at the end of the year – it answers the question: “If no vacation were taken, how much will my employee lose?” Obviously, these employees need to know of this possibility so that they might schedule time off.
Instructions for this report are found at the Enterprise website under “Reports and Transactions”” http://intranet.uams.edu/enterprise/Report.htm
