Consulting services are available for specific work groups who want to improve their communication skills, teaming skills, conflict management skills and the overall culture of their work environment.

The Birkman Assessment provided great insights into the personalities of our departmental executive cabinet members.  I think that all of us have gained a better understanding of our colleagues’ personalities and this has improved the effectiveness of our weekly discussions.
