Students can be added to WebCT courses one of two ways:

1. Go to "Control Panel"->"Manage Course"->'Add or import students' under "Manage Students.” On that page, put the student's WebCT ID in the box that reads "Add one student at a time to your course:” and that will enroll the entered student into the course.

2. The second way is to use the Registered Course feature in that same page. That is the second box where it says, "Add multiple students from a registered course:” You can use keywords to look for students. For example, to list all the CHRP students, you can type "CHRP" in that box.

Please note that by default it selects all the students from that list to be enrolled into your course. Please uncheck the very first checkbox to unselect the students in the list and then check the individual students you would like to enroll and click "select".

You can also use program codes. For example, "GENC" will pull genetic counseling students in Graduate School. They can also use "M1,” “M2,” “P1,” “P2,” “P3” etc. Below are program codes:
