Instructional
Development Specialist I and Instructor
Lea A. Mabry, M.Ed., is an Instructional Development Specialist in the Office of
Educational Development. Ms. Mabry is working on her Ed.D. in Higher
Education in the Faculty Leadership track at the University of Arkansas at
Little Rock (UALR). She obtained her M.Ed. in Educational Technology
from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and her B.S. in Health
Sciences from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Prior to her current position, she
coordinated the technology professional development program in the
Fayetteville School District and was a sixth-grade technology teacher. Her
experience also includes coordinating the Short Course program in the
Graduate Institute of Technology (GIT) at the University of Arkansas at
Little Rock (UALR). Before UALR, she coordinated the
Continuing Medical Education program at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. She
is a former member of the board of directors for the
Arkansas Society for Technology in Education (ARKSTE), the state affiliate
of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE).
